Roadmap

The path to a complete sovereign stack.

Rizoma is not a finished product line. It is a growing ecosystem shaped by the operational needs of the lab and the requirements of organisations that share our commitment to digital sovereignty.

Current

What exists today.

Rizoma Mesh

Private network core with nodes, ACLs, Magic DNS, relays, and ingress. Production-ready and deployed in lab infrastructure.

Rizoma CMS

Mesh-protected website building with publishing gates and secure hosting. Powers Rizoma web properties.

Rizoma Router

Linux security gateway with WAN/LAN, firewall, NAT, DNS, VPN, and IDS/IPS. Replaces consumer routers and VPN appliances.

Rizoma Git

Self-hosted Git forge with repos, PRs, CI custody, packages, and audit evidence. Internal lab development platform.

Rizoma Webpanel

Mesh hosting control plane for workloads, domains, mail, files, databases, cron, and backups.

Rizoma S3

Private S3-compatible object storage with erasure coding, bucket policies, and quotas inside the mesh.

Near term

What we are building next.

Mesh Data Lake

Distributed time-series and log storage built on the mesh fabric. Designed for telemetry, audit trails, and operational analytics without relying on external SIEM platforms.

Identity Federation

Federated identity across mesh instances with SAML/OIDC bridge, allowing multi-organisation mesh networks with cross-domain authentication and policy propagation.

Automation Engine

Declarative infrastructure-as-code engine integrated with the mesh. Define nodes, policies, and services in YAML — the mesh converges to the desired state.

Long term

The vision for Rizoma.

Post-quantum mesh

Full migration of all mesh cryptographic primitives to post-quantum algorithms. Future-proofing the ecosystem against quantum decryption capabilities.

Mesh marketplace

An open registry of mesh-compatible services and integrations. Third-party developers can publish, share, and monetise extensions to the ecosystem.

Air-gap operations

Full operational capability in disconnected environments. Mesh instances that can deploy, manage, and recover without any external connectivity.

Global sovereign mesh

Interconnected mesh instances across organisations, jurisdictions, and continents. A global network of sovereign infrastructure with local control and cross-boundary cooperation.

Join the journey

The ecosystem grows with every deployment.

Every organisation that deploys Rizoma contributes to the development of sovereign infrastructure. The roadmap is shaped by real operational needs — not investor presentations.
